1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ (the "Company").

2. Description of Service

Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ is a project management and goal execution platform that provides planning tools, progress tracking, AI-assisted coaching, and educational content to help individuals and teams accomplish their goals.

The Service is a software-as-a-subscription (SaaS) product. Access is granted upon successful payment of the applicable subscription fee.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is offered through paid subscription plans. Pricing and plan features are displayed on our landing page at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all recurring billing cycles until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.

4. No Refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to be charged. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

5. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update that information as needed.

6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Goals

The Service is designed for legitimate personal, professional, academic, and business goal accomplishment. You agree not to use the Service to plan, facilitate, or carry out any goal that involves harm to yourself or others.

You agree not to use the Service to create, plan, or pursue goals that involve any of the following:

• Violence, physical harm, or threats against any person or group.
• Illegal activity of any kind, including but not limited to fraud, theft, drug trafficking, money laundering, smuggling, or cybercrime.
• Harassment, stalking, bullying, or exploitation of any person.
• Self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
• Hate-based activity, discrimination, or persecution of any group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Acquisition, manufacture, or use of weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials.
• Privacy invasion, including doxxing, unauthorized surveillance, or data theft.
• Any activity that infringes on the rights, safety, or wellbeing of others.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including introducing viruses or malicious code.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

6a. Content Screening and Enforcement

The Service employs automated screening to detect and block goals that may involve harmful or prohibited activity. Goals flagged by this system will not be created, and repeated attempts to create harmful goals may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

We reserve the right to review, suspend, or remove any goal or content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or poses a risk to any person or entity. We also reserve the right to report harmful or illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

You acknowledge that automated screening is not perfect and may not detect all harmful content. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your goals and activities comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, features, and materials provided through the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and methodology — are the property of Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any goals, tasks, notes, or other content you create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely as needed to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share through the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service provides planning tools, tracking software, and educational content. It is not a substitute for professional, financial, legal, medical, or mental health advice.

Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and consistency. No specific outcome, income, or accomplishment is guaranteed.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goal Accomplishment Made Easy™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we believe your conduct is harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We are not obligated to retain your content after termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
